Return and Refunds
Replacement or refunds can be given where products are faulty as stated in the warranty notes.
For online purchases consumer, please check your products carefully on receipt and report any damage or missing parts within 7 days to arrange replacement. Please contact us via email@example.com and include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue. Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
Change of Mind
The Lighting Club will not give refunds if you change your mind or made a wrong selection, you can exchange the products to another item. Importance: Claims will not be recognized unless made within 7 days of invoice date (or for online purchases, from the date you receive it). Products must be in original, undamaged condition and in its unmarked original packaging and customers will need to provide receipt as proof of purchase. If the products are not in original packaging, damaged or vary from the condition they were supplied then The Lighting Club reserves the right to refuse exchanging the products.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty.
12 Months Warranty
The Lighting Club warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period stated above, from the date of purchases, provided that the product used in accordance with recommendations or instructions where provided. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You will be provided with choice of a refund, repair or replacement (where possible) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover where the defect is a result of modifications, tampering, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
All electrical work must be performed by a qualified licensed electrician. Failure to do so will void this warranty.
To make a warranty claim, please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and present proof of installation by a licensed electrician, then return the faulty product to our store.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the good fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
